Hi! I’m Avery, and I’m a watercolor artist. Although I love anything creative, from ceramics to crochet, my absolute favorite art medium is watercolor. I love to paint many things, but my definite favorite is landscapes of nature. The best part of this Winter season, in my opinion, is the cozy and contented feeling you get when you look outside at the beautiful and gleaming snow and feel even warmer inside. Obviously, here in Monterey, California we don’t ever get our white Christmas, but I hope my art will transport you back to your favorite holiday memories, and remind of all your cherished nostalgic moments. Apart from my Christmas time artwork, I also have five round paintings displayed on the wall which are part of my Narnia collection. The Chronicles of Narnia is one of my absolute favorite book series, and I have been painting an artwork for each book as we have read through them. There are seven books in total, so there’s still two more to paintings come! I hope all my art, but especially my Narnia paintings inspire you, and I hope they may even inspire you enough to read the book series. I know you won’t regret it.
