Hi! My name is Ava Cassady and I am a 17 year old artist that has been coming to YAC for about 3 years. YAC has given me a safe space to express myself through artwork as well as find a community that helps me improve my art everyday. I mostly use colored pencils and focus on drawing people. However, I do add in a bit of a scary or “creepy” element in most of my drawings. I am most inspired by renaissance paintings and I love to emulate that when drawing statues.
