For the Love of Art - 2026!

What a fantastic time at the For the Love of Art show at Carmel Art Association! The small gallery in Carmel-by-the-sea was filled with guests eager to see new paintings, mixed media projects, and sculptures from the young artists in the community. This year, we had many artists representing YAC, along with other young artists representing high schools around the county. Our YACsters Jette Moreland, Elliot Peartree, Naz Kose, Nina Hartwig and Bo Sawyer all had art for this year’s show. Congratulations to them all for submitting and showing their work, in the show!

Great job Jette and Elliot for your awards! Jette got 1st place for the painting category, and Elliot got 2nd place for sculpture. We’re so proud of all your hard work.
